the heartbeat of mission
A proud alumnus of Coronado High School and Texas Tech University, Tanner’s roots are planted firmly in Lubbock. He and his wife Magen married in June of 2013, and have three children; Myles, Truman & Maggie. Founding Mission in the Spring of 2016, Tanner currently serves as CEO. Tanner finds fulfillment in the people he works with and the opportunity to contribute to something much bigger than himself. Beyond the professional arena, Tanner shares a unique trait – he's red-headed and left-handed, which has to mean something. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, the Red Raiders and spending time at home with his family.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John is originally from Lubbock and has been married to his beautiful wife, Celeste, for 10 years. Together they have three children with another little girl on the way. They are active members of Renew Life Church. John plays a key role in steering Mission towards a future of sustainable growth by overseeing our systems and processes as an organization. Having been in 3 tornadoes personally, he understands how quickly things can get out of whack. John is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys writing and creating content on the side. He also cherishes quality time spent traveling, mostly to the mountains, with his family as often as they can.

CHEIF OPERATING OFFICER
Tyler is originally from Ft. Worth and has two children. Tyler brings five years of valuable experience to the Mission team, showcasing expertise in customer service, leadership, sales, and supervising/leading our teams in the field. His family are all active members of Church on the Rock. He finds joy in outdoor pursuits, with fishing, golf, and baseball topping his list of hobbies. He values quality time with friends & family, embodying the Mission ethos of fostering both professional and personal connections.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Harley began his time with Mission over 3 years ago, and now serves as the Controller at Mission Service Companies where he excels in overseeing our financial operations. Harley is originally from Austin and currently engaged to his fiancé, Anna Cathryn, and will be getting married in April of 2024. He and his fiance currently attend Redeemer Church in Lubbock, Texas. Outside of work, Harley finds joy in experiencing mountains and hunting during the winter and other pursuits such as golfing during warmer times of the year.
